About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, one-to-one skilled home care to adult and pediatric clients across the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, including Dobson, Mt. Airy, and surrounding communities. Nurses support clients with a range of acuity levels, helping them thrive in the comfort and stability of home. The role offers flexible scheduling, with daytime, evening, and overnight shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with no weekend requirement. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding tailored to availability, personalized paid training that includes award-winning SIM labs, skill-building for a wide range of clients and acuity levels, and 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting to document care. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour throughout the Piedmont Triad area, with weekend and overnight differentials, weekly pay, and commitment bonuses.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
