About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities. Nurses may work day, evening, or overnight shifts, with options for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available; there is no weekend requirement.

The role includes paid, personalized training, including SIM labs, skill-building for clients with a range of acuity levels, and 24/7 clinical support and mentorship. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting to document care. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, with weekend and overnight differentials, weekly pay, commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 based on commitment level, and fast-track bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
