About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses in North Carolina to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care in clients’ homes. Clients span all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels; some require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA provides paid, personalized training to help nurses prepare for this environment and build confidence in their skills. The position offers flexible scheduling, daytime and overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. There is no weekend requirement. Nurses receive 24/7 clinical support and mentorship, as well as electronic charting through Statewise. The role serves communities in the listed counties around Asheville and Hickory.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Provide advanced care, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
