Home Care Nurse | RN | Weekly Pay
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to clients in Winona and nearby Minnesota communities, including Dexter. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels while building relationships with them in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, daytime and overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available; PRN requires a minimum of two shifts per month. BAYADA provides onboarding and paid, personalized training, including training in its award-winning simulation labs. Nurses receive ongoing mentorship and 24/7 clinical support, and use Cubhub electronic charting. The position pays weekly, with a stated rate of $35–$41 per hour in Minnesota, including overnight and weekend differentials. There is no weekend requirement.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
