About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients of varying ages and acuity levels in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities. The role offers flexible scheduling, multiple shift lengths, ongoing support, paid training, and weekly pay. Nurses receive 24/7 clinical support and mentorship, personalized onboarding and training, skill-building opportunities, and user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise. The position is available full-time, part-time, or PRN.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients with a range of acuity levels.
- Deliver nursing care in clients’ homes throughout the Piedmont Triad service area.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
- Participate in onboarding, paid training, skill-building, and ongoing mentorship.
