Home Care Nurse | RN | Weekly Pay
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in Minnesota. Nurses receive ongoing clinical support, mentorship, paid training, and flexible scheduling. Shifts are available during the day and overnight, in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour lengths. The role offers hourly pay of $35–$39, including overnight and weekend differentials, and weekly pay. There is no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available; PRN nurses must work at least four shifts per month. The position serves communities throughout Minnesota, including the Twin Cities metro, St. Cloud, Duluth and the Iron Range, Moorhead, and Southeast Minnesota. BAYADA provides onboarding tailored to nurses’ availability, personalized training that includes SIM labs, skill-building for different client needs and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and electronic charting through Cubhub.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
