About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses for its Minnesota home care team. Nurses provide one-to-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their local communities, with open client hours in Princeton and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling, daytime and overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. There is no weekend requirement. PRN work is available with a minimum of four shifts per month.

BAYADA provides onboarding and personalized paid training, including training in award-winning SIM labs, as well as skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels. Nurses receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship. Electronic charting is provided through Cubhub. The position pays weekly, with a stated Minnesota rate of $35–$39 per hour, including overnight and weekend shift differentials.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
