About The Position
Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is hiring in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in Bentonville, Bella Vista, and surrounding areas. Caregivers build in-home connections with clients and help them live comfortably at home. The organization matches caregivers’ areas of expertise with the seniors they support.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
- Caring and compassionate, with a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
- Prepare meals and help keep the home tidy with light housekeeping.
