About The Position
Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is hiring in-home caregivers to serve seniors in Fayetteville, Springdale, and nearby communities, including Johnson, Farmington, Tontitown, Elkins, and Prairie Grove. Caregivers provide exceptional care and form genuine connections with clients in their homes, with assignments matched to their areas of expertise. Candidates with experience as a CNA, PCA, or HHA, or in related healthcare and senior-care settings, are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
- Caring and compassionate, with a true desire to help others.
- At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
- Complete household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
