About The Position
Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is hiring home care caregivers to serve seniors in Rogers, Pea Ridge, and nearby communities. Caregivers provide exceptional support and build personal connections with clients in the comfort of their homes. The company matches caregivers’ areas of expertise with the seniors they serve. Candidates with experience in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
- Caring and compassionate, with a true desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, including conversation and recreational activities.
- Complete everyday household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
