About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for aging adults in Santa Clara County. Caregivers support clients’ daily needs, independence, and social and emotional well-being. The role is available full time or part time, with all shifts currently available, and requires travel within Santa Clara County. Pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour. TheKey describes itself as a provider of private-pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
HCA Registration with the State of California; TheKey can help obtain registration upon hire.
Meet state background requirements and comply with state background-screening requirements, including required fingerprint identification.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to travel within Santa Clara County.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-on-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands, including grocery shopping.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
