About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Midlothian, Virginia, and surrounding communities. No prior experience is necessary. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified. This client-driven role supports aging adults in living life to the fullest and helps clients with daily routines, meals, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home. Nurses are available to provide support, and paid training continues throughout the caregiver’s career. The position may be full-time or part-time, with days, nights, or weekend shifts arranged around the caregiver’s schedule.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
