About The Position
Comfort Keepers is hiring caregivers to provide personalized in-home care and support to seniors in White Bear Lake, Hugo, Forest Lake, and nearby communities. The role helps seniors maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life at home. Flexible shifts are available, with the posting emphasizing weekend availability and also listing several Tuesday and Thursday shifts. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, with an additional $3 per hour weekend differential, for a stated range of $18–$24 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, or both on a consistent basis.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, Resident Assistant (RA), or Direct Support Staff (DSS) is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
- Offer medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and fall prevention.
