About The Position
Advacare Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated non-medical Home Care Attendant to provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes in Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on non-skilled personal care, assistance with daily living activities, monitoring client condition, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and following care plans and company policies. Reliable transportation is needed to travel to client locations.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a non-skilled home care caregiver or home attendant.
- Possess current and valid basic required certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZ.
- Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-skilled personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
