About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to each client’s needs and may include assistance with daily activities and light household duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday for 27 hours per week, at a rate of $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have at least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold current CPR certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
• Must be capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Must be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
