About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The work supports clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence by assisting with daily activities and needs. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with good judgment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Complete other light duties as assigned.
