About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide individualized care to clients in their homes. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities to promote their dignity, privacy, and independence. This position is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference and feel fulfilled in their work.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
- Must pass a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene care.
- Provide companionship and support to clients.
- Offer transportation assistance as needed.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
