About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care for clients in the comfort of their homes, supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to each client’s needs and may include assistance with daily activities and light household duties. The company provides services to people of all ages and physical conditions, including people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing age-related needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have at least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including care for a family member.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check; employment is contingent upon successfully passing it.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification before the start date.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping.
