About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring caregivers to provide personalized in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults in the Chisago area, including Chisago City, North Branch, Wyoming, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their homes. No prior caregiving experience is necessary; training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided. Current openings include a 9-hour shift in Lindstrom and a 6-hour respite shift in Lindstrom. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Pay is listed as $18–$21 per hour, plus a $3 per hour weekend differential, with weekend pay up to $24 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
Strong communication skills.
Able to work independently and follow care instructions.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or DSS is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and other personal care.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility and safety.
Drive clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
Support clients with daily routines and activities.
