About The Position

Right at Home East Atlanta is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. The role serves clients in Covington, Conyers, Lithonia, Stonecrest, and Monticello, Georgia. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and day, evening, and weekend shifts. Caregivers are matched with clients close to home and receive paid orientation, ongoing paid training, and support from the leadership team.

Requirements

• Current Georgia CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans.
