About The Position

Right at Home East Atlanta is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. The role serves clients in Snellville, Decatur, Lilburn, Stone Mountain, and Loganville, Georgia. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and day, evening, and weekend shifts. Caregivers are matched with clients close to home. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. Paid orientation, ongoing paid training, 24/7 caregiver support, and paid travel time between clients with mileage reimbursement are provided.

Requirements

• Current Georgia CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain it.
• First Aid certificate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans.
