About The Position
Always Best Care is hiring InHome Caregivers to support seniors throughout Williamson County and North Travis County, helping clients live safely and independently at home. The role provides personalized, compassionate support with daily living activities, light housekeeping, companionship, and monitoring client wellbeing. Flexible schedules are available, with 20–60 hours per week based on availability and shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours. Work is in person, serving areas including Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, and Leander. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar setting; applicants without professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to the care team.
