Caregiver Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors and vulnerable adults, helping them live safely and independently in their homes. The role serves clients throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility and transportation assistance, and safety supervision. They follow individual care plans, document daily care notes using a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Right at Home offers ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Pass a background check.
- Have reliable transportation and valid identification.
- Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transportation.
- Provide safety supervision.
- Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with the office team.
