The Career Services Case Manager is responsible for working in the CRED program to provide case management and encourage participant engagement and retention. This role is responsible for working in the Career Services department which focuses on Community Workforce programs, CRED (Career Readiness, Employment, and Development), and the UJA-funded Keystone initiative, which provides career development, workforce support, and employment-related services with a particular focus on serving members of the observant Jewish community. Together, these initiatives provide career pathways, training opportunities, job placement services, workforce supports, and economic mobility opportunities for Staten Island residents. The ideal candidate is dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven, providing support for the broader Career Services team during outreach and intake, and working with the agency's workforce development and career advancement portfolio.
