The role helps participants stay focused and motivated at transitional job sites, provides intensive coaching on interview and employment readiness, and builds trusting relationships to help participants obtain and maintain long-term employment. The organization encourages applicants with lived experience of incarceration or involvement in the justice system. The position includes individual and group coaching, job-readiness and retention support, referrals to supportive services, case documentation, outcome tracking, community partnership development, and collaboration with colleagues and site supervisors. Career Pathway and Apprenticeship support may include assessing participant readiness, developing pathway goals, helping participants navigate applications and eligibility requirements, and coordinating with training providers and other partners. The stated salary is $47,800. CEO describes a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, professional development and training, paid parental leave, retirement plan participation, sick and vacation leave, and paid holidays.
