About The Position

The Care Partner works at Crestone in Olathe, Kansas, supporting residents with empathy and helping create human connections during vulnerable moments. The role calls for a dependable, present, and positive team member who contributes wholeheartedly to an inclusive community and remains engaged in learning, training, and professional growth. The Care Partner proactively assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The listed part-time schedule is Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $17.50–$25 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in working with residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
