About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Wellington in Liberty, Missouri. The position is scheduled Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and pays $17.50–$25 per hour. The role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic support, and helping residents with activities of daily living. Care Partners are expected to contribute to an inclusive, positive team environment and participate in their own development, growth, and training.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
Obtain criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

Create human connections with residents, including during vulnerable moments.

Ask questions and engage in development, growth, and organizational training.
Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including assisting people after a fall.
Print documents and enter information about residents using a computer.
