About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Crestone in Olathe, Kansas. The position pays $17.50–$25 per hour and is scheduled for Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while fostering empathetic human connection and an inclusive, positive environment. Team members are encouraged to be dependable, present, curious, and engaged in their development, growth, and training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist people after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
