About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Summit in Little Rock, Arkansas, by providing empathetic, reliable assistance and helping create an inclusive, positive environment. The role includes proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Care Partners are expected to be present and dependable, contribute their talents, and participate in their own development, growth, and training. This is a full-time position with a 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. schedule. Week 1 is Monday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The position is at Summit, 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Obtain criminal clearance.
