About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Summit in Little Rock, Arkansas. The position works from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 1; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Week 2. The pay range is $18–$22 per hour. The Care Partner creates human connection with residents, supports an inclusive and positive environment, and participates in personal development and training. The role proactively assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
