About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Solon in Solon, Ohio. The role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic support, and contributing to a positive, inclusive community. Care Partners assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position requires computer skills to print documents and enter resident information, and involves substantial standing and walking, as well as bending, kneeling, and stooping. The schedule is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Week 1 shifts are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Week 2 shifts are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pay is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a genuine interest in residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
