About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, Ohio. The position pays $18–$24 per hour and follows a rotating two-week schedule: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 1; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 2. Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Care Partner helps residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, building human connections with residents, contributing positively to the team and community, and engaging in development and training. The position requires active work involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, as well as helping residents sit, stand, walk, and recover after falls.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
- Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
