About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, Ohio, by providing assistance with activities of daily living and creating human connections through empathy. The role calls for a present, dependable, positive, and engaged team member who contributes to an inclusive environment and participates in development, growth, and training. This is a full-time position scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 1; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Week 2. The stated pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist people after a fall.
Criminal clearance.
