About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia N Olmsted in North Olmsted, Ohio. The role pays $18–$24 per hour and follows a two-week schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 1; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy and human connection, a positive and inclusive approach to teamwork and community, and engagement in ongoing development and training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
