About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Westlake in Westlake, Ohio. The role focuses on building human connections with residents and assisting them with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position requires an empathetic, dependable, positive, and engaged team member who contributes to an inclusive environment and participates in personal development and training. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating two-week pattern: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday in week one; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in week two. Pay is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a desire to work with residents.
Possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
