About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, Ohio, by creating human connections and an inclusive, positive environment. The role calls for empathy, dependability, curiosity, and engagement in ongoing development and training. Care Partners proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. This is a full-time position with a rotating two-week schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Week 1; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
• Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.
