About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, Ohio. The role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic support, and contributing to an inclusive, positive environment. Care Partners assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Team members are expected to be present and dependable, bring a positive and energetic attitude, and stay engaged in their development, growth, and training. The position follows a two-week schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in week one; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in week two. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds; and helping residents sit, stand, walk, and recover after a fall.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and willingness to work with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
