Care Partner 7pm-7am $18-24 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Strongsville in Strongsville, Ohio. The position pays $18–$24 per hour and follows a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. schedule. The listed rotation is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday during Week 1, and Monday, Saturday, and Sunday during Week 2. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, contributes to a positive and inclusive environment, and participates in ongoing development and training. The role includes proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
- Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.

- Participate in development, growth, and training; ask questions and seek information when needed.
- Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
- Print documents and enter information about residents.
