About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia N Royalton in North Royalton, Ohio. The position pays $18–$24 per hour and follows a 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during Week 1; Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday during Week 2. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, contributes to an inclusive and positive environment, and provides proactive assistance with activities of daily living. The role calls for empathy, dependability, curiosity, and an interest in ongoing development and training.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Create human connections with residents, including during vulnerable moments.
Be present, share talents, and be someone residents and team members can count on.
Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment through wholehearted engagement with work, coworkers, and the community.
Remain curious and engaged in development, growth, and training.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
