About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia N Royalton in North Royalton, Ohio. The role pays $18–$24 per hour and follows a 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 1; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 2. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, contributes to an inclusive and positive community, and provides proactive assistance with activities of daily living. The position calls for empathy, dependability, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning and growing within the organization.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Create human connections with residents, particularly during vulnerable moments.
Be present, share talents, and be a dependable team member.
Help create an inclusive and positive environment by investing in the work, team, and community.
Engage in development, growth, and training; ask questions and seek information when needed.
Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including assisting people after a fall.
Print documents and enter information about residents.
