About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Solon in Solon, Ohio. The role is scheduled for overnight shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in week one; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in week two. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, creating human connections with residents, being dependable and present for the team, contributing to an inclusive and positive community, and staying curious and engaged in training and development.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Have a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to work with residents.
- Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Obtain criminal clearance.
