About The Position

The Care Partner at Vitalia Highland Heights creates human connections with residents and helps foster an inclusive, positive environment. The role includes proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position is full-time and pays $18–$24 per hour. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., working Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 1, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Week 2.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Receive criminal clearance.
