About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, Ohio. The position pays $18–$24 per hour and follows a rotating two-week schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during week one; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday during week two. Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, human connection, dependability, enthusiasm, inclusivity, and a commitment to continued learning and development. Team members are expected to contribute positively to residents’ quality of life and to the workplace community.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist people after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
