About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Vitalia Solon in Solon, Ohio, by providing compassionate, person-centered assistance and building human connections during vulnerable moments. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, inclusion, curiosity, and engagement in professional development. Care Partners proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. This is a full-time overnight position, scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The rotating two-week schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 1, and Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. The stated pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Receive criminal clearance.
