About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Summit in Little Rock, Arkansas. The position pays $18–$22 per hour and is scheduled Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while creating empathetic human connections and contributing to an inclusive, positive environment. The role calls for dependability, presence, curiosity, and engagement in training and professional growth. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, as well as frequently lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. The Care Partner must also assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and help residents after a fall.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
