About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at University Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The role is scheduled Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with pay of $18–$21 per hour. Care Partners create meaningful connections with residents, support their quality of life, and help foster an inclusive and positive environment. The position involves proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Team members are expected to be empathetic, dependable, engaged in their own development, and committed to residents and colleagues.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Pass criminal clearance.
