About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Vitalia N Royalton in North Royalton, Ohio. The role is scheduled Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a pay range of $18–$24 per hour. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, creating human connections with residents, being dependable and present, contributing to an inclusive and positive environment, and taking an active interest in personal development and training. The position also requires assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting people after a fall. The position requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, and frequently lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, communicate in English, have computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information, and be criminally cleared.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in working with residents.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
