About The Position

The Care Partner at Vitalia Highland Heights supports residents with empathy and creates human connections during vulnerable moments. The role involves being present and dependable, contributing positively to an inclusive community, and engaging in ongoing development and training. A key part of the job is proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. This is a part-time position in Highland Heights, Ohio, scheduled Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and an enjoyment of working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
