About The Position

The Care Partner at Vitalia Highland Heights supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, creating human connections during residents’ vulnerable moments, being dependable and present, contributing to an inclusive and positive environment, and staying curious and engaged in ongoing development and training. The position is part-time and is scheduled Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The listed pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Have computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
