About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Carriage Court in Hilliard, Ohio. The role is scheduled for Wednesdays and Mondays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with pay of $18 to $21.25 per hour. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living and helps create human connection, a positive and inclusive environment, and dependable support during vulnerable moments. The role also emphasizes being present, curious, engaged in training and development, and invested in residents, teammates, and the community.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment and be a dependable member of the team.
Remain engaged in development, growth, and training within the organization.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including assisting people after a fall.
Print documents and enter information about residents using a computer.
